If you apply for a refund for quality-related reasons, please notify us and submit your claim with the following information:
1. Your Order Number
2. Return Quantity
3. Brief Description of the Problem Showed by Photos or Video
If you apply for a refund for non-quality reasons, you must notify us and return the product to us within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Thunlit's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. For the non-quality reasons’ returning items, buyer assumes responsibility for any cost (shipping fees included) incurred in transit. Thunlit does not provide refunds for any cost during transit.
Returns must include all accessories and make sure the original packaging is undamaged. Please pack your items carefully for return. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
For all the refund application, we will contact you and give you a response as soon as possible within 48 hours. Once we confirm the case and make sure we can make refund, we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice.
